Multi-Day Kaizen at Leidos

Join us for an exclusive, four-day Kaizen event hosted at Leidos in North Charleston. This is not a classroom exercise – this is hands-on learning in a real factory, assembling sophisticated people-screening systems. This is a rare opportunity to sharpen your Lean skills while making a meaningful impact at a high-performance operation. Take what you learn back to your own facility and drive measurable change. Participants will immerse themselves in an active production environment to:

• Streamline operations, design efficient work cells, and implement standard work to eliminate waste.
• Gain actionable insights into achieving repeatable, consistent output.
• Work side-by-side with one of South Carolina’s top Lean experts, David Woods, a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
• Apply your learning immediately by driving improvements on the floor and presenting your results to Leidos site leadership.
• Receive an SCMEP certificate in application of standard work.

Attendee requirements and PPE:

• Due to security protocol, attendees must be a US Citizen
• Hard-toe safety shoe
• Safety glasses
